Antique large 19C walnut, ebonised wood and marble chest of drawers.

Most probably originates from the European continent.

Lovely proportions, age, colour and patina.

Very unusual and rare.

This piece of antique furniture would look great in the right location, is attractive and aesthetically very pleasing.

All of the heavy oak lined drawers slide freely.

Overall dimensions 1090mmW x 530mmD x 930mmH.

Historical knocks, marks, cracking, wear, imperfections, veneer defects/chips, repairs and alterations as is usual. There is a key (locks may be later). There are some historical woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure. There is some staining to the insides of the drawers as is uaual. There is cracking to 3 corners of the marble top and there is some light staining to the marble, which is normal for this age.

Please note that this chest is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person to assist our driver carrying the chest.
