This is a perfect example of this very pretty Samson Armorial tea caddy bearing a coat of Arms and the inscription "Sola Virtus Invicta", (Virtue alone is invincible.) The caddy and cover are decorated in the Famille Rose taste and are in beautiful crisp, clean condition. The hand painted floral detail is in splendid order with good strength of colour. The caddy measures 11 cms in height.
