19th C Walnut Wing Back Chair of Queen Anne Design

A very beautiful 19th Century walnut chair of Queen Anne design with high arched and scrolled back, outswept and scrolled arms, curved seat with inset apron and all set on beautiful shell carved cabriole legs to front terminating in trifid feet and with square cut chamfered and swept back legs terminating in blocked feet.
Of beautiful form and upholstered in a fine quality antique gold silk mix patterned weave with matching squab cushion. The upholstery in lovely and clean and unworn condition with no marks and having had very little use.
The chair is large and extremely comfortable, heavy and very solid with no weak joints or creaks. The back, arms and seat all well padded and the seat cushion soft but well filled.
A top quality 19th Century wing back chair, the design taken from a Queen Anne chair of c.1700, and of a high style and eye catching design - guaranteed to delight on arrival and sold with original receipt for its purchase from a member of The Antique Dealers Association dated 5.1.1973.
Dimensions are:
45 inches high, 36 inches deep max, 19 inches high from floor to top of seat, 25 inches high from floor to top of arms, seat is 21 inches wide between arms and 21 inches deep front to back, height from seat cushion to top of back is 29 inches.
I describe and photograph my pieces accurately and with the aim that on arrival each will exceed expectations.
I operate a full refund guarantee and am always happy to give free, honest and friendly advice.
