19th Century Biedermeier Birchwood Rocking Chair
An impressive birchwood Victorian Biedermeier rocking chair of pleasing form with the early shaped ply back over a comfortable saddle seat and raised on a bobbin turned stretcher frame.
Very good condition, structurally all in good order with a nice old solid honest repair to one arm where it joins the seatback and just some incredibly attractive aged wear.
German, late 19th century.
