This very elegant and superb quality, 19th century. French bureau plat is comprised of tulipwood and heavily adorned with ornate gilt masks of bearded men and floral detail. The table features three-top drawers and is topped with three adjoining sectioned areas of black tooled leather. The bureau plat stands on delicate cabriole legs with gilt capped feet. It measures 60 ½ in - 153.7cm wide, 33 in – 83 cm deep and 29 ¼ in – 74.5 cm in height.
