A very attractive French Empire period mahogany table of circular form. This table is well proportioned and has its original deep green marble top. Raised on elegant column legs with embossed decoration, the table stands on a triform base which terminates in neatly turned feet. The marble top sits well with the rich colour and patina of the mahogany and the table is solid and stable. The general condition of the table is good, there is a minor ripple in the veneer on the frieze but this does not detract from the appearance of this very decorative table.
This very usefully sized table would be a decorative and versatile addition to any room.
