19th Century Tea Caddy. T673 Tea Caddy Inlaid 19th century %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
19th century twin compartment Tea Caddy. It is rustic, using country woods, but well made. The top is inlaid with diamond shaped specimen woods, using the contrasting shades of woods to good effect. The interior is fitted with 2 lidded tea compartments, lined with grey paper. Excellent original order and a good waxed surface makes this tea caddy an attractive example of its period. Circa 1830.
