A very good early 19th.Century life size articulated carved wood male figure. The life like head and hands gessoed and very well painted, The wooden body of good colour and patina. The whole standing on a hand painted rectangular shaped base. Very good original condition, possibly Italian. Dimensions:- Height...69''/ 175cm. Width...21.75''/ 54cm. Depth...17.5''/ 44.5cm.
