8 wheel barometer onion Leicester
A good quality Shaw of Leicester 8" wheel barometer. The onion shaped case is veneered in mahogany and edged with boxwood and ebony stringing. NB Some stringing missing to the top of the barometer. The four brass dials all have glasses in brass and mahogany mounts. The level plate is signed Shaw of Leicester. Consists of a hygrometer, thermometer, barometer, level and a convex mirror. circa 1870.
