Edwardian Sovereign Holder and Vesta Case

Birmingham 1906

Maker: probably Henry Williamson Ltd, Spencer Street, Birmingham and Farringdon Road, London.

The sovereign platform spring is in place and working, the cover springs open when the button is pressed.

The vesta lid closes with a snap.

There are a couple of places where it shows signs of its age, along the seams of the vesta and in the vesta lid. Please see photos.

The hinges are in good order.

Approximate dimensions: 7cm x 2.9cm excluding suspension ring, weight 30.5 grams.

Gold colour is a dark yellow.
