A most unusual bow fronted advertising tin container with hinged sloping lid with "Thornes Tray Chocolates" printed to two sides and with "Thornes extra super creme Toffee" to the front. The catch to the front is sadly missing but it is in good condition for its age. Thought to be late 19th to early 20th century.
