For sale today we have this very fine silvered copper pedestal bowl by the famous Birmingham silversmith Albert Edward Jones. In a strong Arts and Crafts style the bowl has rope twist borders to both the top and bottom rims, while the spreading base has applied swags.

Measures 7" in diameter x 5 3/4" tall. Marked to the base Connells, 83 Cheapside along with it's model number 1617. A E Jones produced a number of wares for Connells that only carried that mark. The swags and rope twist borders on this piece are an exact match to the ones used on known Jones produced candlesticks that were available in both Silver, Copper and mixed metal.

In super condition with expected wear to the silver plating.
