A French Mantle Clock with Egyptian Panels
A quality French mantel antique clock with rarer feature of Egyptian panels in orange, black and gilt. A brass plinth at the base. A circular enamel dial with 'moon' blued steel hands and a brass bezel surround signed by retailer 'Parkinson & Frodsham, London'. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Circa 1895.
