An exceptional George I style walnut wing chair. Beautifully carved, the chair stands on bold cabroile front legs with claw and ball feet and and carved knees. The front rail with large central cartouche inlaid with a "sun burst". The frame has a very pleasing shape and hes been recently and expertly reupholstered. 1450mm high, 790mm wide, 870mm deep and 490mm seat height. Circa 1870.
