A French gilt bronze mantel antique clock. Fine quality case castings and surmounted by 4 finials and a floral bowl. Black slate insert panels and base with adjustable feet. An enamel dial with 5 minute outer markers and fine gilt hands. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell by Japay Freres. Circa 1890.
