For sale today we have this Beautifully Decorated, Very Rare, William Moorcroft Early "Pomegranate" Pattern Pot Pourri. This striking piece features a continuous band of large ripe pomegranate fruits all around the body (one open to display seeds), along with an abundance of berries and foliage set against an ochre into mottled green ground. The screw on lid section is pierced with circular and round holes. Measures 10cm tall x 8cm in dia. Impressed to the underside- Moorcroft, Made for Liberty & Co, along with William's full green signature and dated 1913.
In excellent condition, free from damage or repair (even the vulnerable screw section). We are experienced dealers in mid to high end ceramics, metalware and other items.
