A fine quality Regency Kingwood antique jewellery box. Raised on brass lion's paw feet and with decorative carrying handles and escutcheon. The box is in very original condition and retains a good colour and patina. 150mm high, 270mm wide (excluding feet) and 210mm deep (excluding feet) English. Circa 1830. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
