A tripod table of fine colour & originality. Raised on molded and paneled legs with original brass castors and central turned column with twisted reeding. The top is of fine grained mahogany with a rosewood banding and a "bobble' molded edge. 710mm high, 820mm wide and 600mm deep. Possibly Scottish. Circa 1825. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries. Now under the stewardship of Mark and his wife, Louise, we take pride in maintaining the high standards which William set more than 50 years ago.
