A William VI chase lounge, frame restored.
A beautiful William VI chase lounge, made from mahogany, turned legs on original brass casters. Beautiful facings, very good quality.
This sofa is offered for sale as a finished item, ( we can not sell you the frame only )
Our craftsman have restored the frames as it was in a very poor condition when found.
Now needs to be fully re-upholstered,
why not have this fantastic chase lounge upholstered to match your decorations.
We don't sell just the frame, This item is offered for sale as a finished item and not a project for someone else to do.
NO foam will be used in this restoration, all materials used will be traditional using traditional methods and techniques.
The arms will be webbed, and stuffed with horse hair, lightly upholstered back with buttons, the seat will have no springs in it as springs are Victorian. So it would have had a large cushion.
