This is a charming piece, it is larger than normal and made in beautifully figured walnut, it dates from the end of the 19th Century and has been superbly hand crafted by a skilful master.

The stand is set on an adjustable base, all angles from flat upwards
A charming piece and quite the best piece of this type, it is in good condition, there is an old shrinkage crack to one side this does not move and is very old, not only would it be a great book stand but it would just as well hold a tablet device

The stand is 32” wide and 13” high and a maximum of 10” deep
