Amazing Tall Bretby Jardiniere/Planter With Cranes

A fantastic large BRETBY ART POTTERY Jardiniere Stand and Planter featuring cranes moulded in relief and standing more than 1 meter in height.
Bretby Art Pottery, also known as Tooth & Co. Ltd, was established in 1883 by Henry Tooth and William Ault and produced Art Noveau and Oriental style art pottery until 1918.
The Jardiniere base/stand features moulded roses and leaves around an elegant tapering stand with a tree bark effect finish.
The superb Planter/Jardiniere features 3 relief moulded crane-type birds around the Jardiniere, which is itself formed from large moulded leaves.
This really is a remarkable and quite stunning piece with typical Victorian understated panache! Not many of these will have survived intact.
Due to size and weight, this will probably need to be collected or hand-delivered by arrangement for fuel cost. Please contact us to discuss.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy.
Returns are accepted within 7 days. A full refund will be given provided the item is received in the same condition as when sold. Buyer is responsible for return postage/shipping costs, appropriate packaging and insurance.
