A great looking pair of copper weather vanes mounted on later stands .They have a well weathered verdigris colour from where they would have originally been used as weather vanes on gable roofs .the tall later steel stands making them really striking interior decor pieces .they are original although there is minor soldering restorations to the legs which will fade down .this kind of copper folk art was popular in America the late nineteenth early twentieth century .
