An Rare Country House Estate Desk
A very unusual Mahogany estate desk having seven flame mahogany panel doors on the top section . the centre door when locked locks the complete desk including the drawers with the use of an unusual rod mechanism, the main door opens to reveal an arrangement of pigeon holes and shelves with a tan tooled leather writing surface locking with bramah lock with two keys.
the desk has a great silky finish with years of polishing giving it a great patina , the desk dismantles into 4 sections for easy transport .
Dimensions 225 cm high x 146 cm x wide x 80 cm deep
