Fabulous mid 19th.c. Anglo-Indian rosewood work table c.1860. Single piece rectangular top carved with an exotic frieze of dogs and birds amongst foliage with an egg and dart carved edge. Over a densly carved and pierced base featuring peacocks and fruiting vines and a carved acanthus leaf foot. With single drawer plus sliding well designed for storing embroidery.
