This 19th-century mahogany extending dining table displays attractive age, colour, and patina. A rare decorative find, it is full of charm and character, and would make a brilliant conversation starter in the right setting. Features include twin pedestal legs, brass table forks for holding the centre leaf, decorative period brass castors, and desirable black line Georgian-style inlays.

Condition
In very good antique condition overall, showing expected signs of age, including historic marks, knocks, cracks, repairs, and minor alterations typical of functional period furniture.
Some historic extinct woodworm holes in the non-mahogany components underneath the table top, fully treated for good measure.
Alterations to the interface between the pedestal and the table top.
Brass castors show wear as one would expect from quality period furniture, but remain functional and fully support the table.
