Art Deco Gold Filled Railroad Pocket Watch USA 1930

An antique American Waltham USA Royal Secometer Art Deco gold filled railroad open face pocket watch, made in the USA in 1930. This pocket watch comes with a small genuine Waltham box. Please see pictures.

Dial: The cream enamel dial has gold Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a special/ unusual subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: “Waltham”.

Movement: The anchor lever movement has 19 jewels with a high regulator. The movement is signed: “Waltham USA Royal, 19 Jewels, 3 Pos. Adjusted” and numbered: 27393460. As this pocket watch has a very high movement and is fully screwed, a watchmaker can make this pocket watch to work with full accuracy! Now the movement is in great working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.

Case: The watch lies in a 14 kt gold filled open face case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is signed: “Keystone, J. Boss, 14 Kt gold Filled” and numbered: 7297792.
