A stunning, antique Bidjar rug, originating West Iran, circa 1920. This Bidjar has a central cream field of stylised floral vines around a hooked medallion, framed by madder-red and midnight-blue floral motif borders and guard stripes. The rug is in excellent order throughout. It is a useful size, measuring 175cm by 112cm.
