A fabulous and charming carved Black Forest wall-hanging rack, carved to incorporate the head of a Beagle's head, perhaps for a hunting household. Beautifully executed, the dog retains his two original glass eyes. The back is fitted with a metal bracket for hanging.

Dating to around 1900, it remains in superb condition. 14" x 4 1/2".
