A fantastic burr walnut writing bureau, made in England and dating from around the 1930’s.

This is of amazing quality, it is a great size and has a stunning design. The burr walnut grain patterns are absolutely gorgeous, this has lovely carving around the base and carved moulding around the writing flap. It opens out to reveal a leather top work space with pigeon holes inside, there is also lots of storage space in the drawers below, which are graduated in depth & have the original brass handles.

We have recently had this stripped and re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
