This Anglo-Indian camphor wood trunk has been made from well figured timber and has a good original patina. It has military style brass protective corner straps with iron carrying handles to both ends and dovetailed joints. The lid lifts to via a sunken brass ring pull to reveal a useful storage area. It has a few battle scars associated with age and travel that add to its character. Would make an ideal coffee table Dimensions:- Width…39’’/ 99cm. Depth…19.5’’/ 49.5cm. Height…19’’/ 48cm.
