Antique mahogany library bookcase of exceptional quality & in great condition, dating from the 1890-1910 period. The top section has astral-glazed doors behind which are fully adjustable shelves that slot into side grooves. The bottom cupboard has panelled doors & is much deeper, with one shelf inside. There are blind fretwork panels around the top of both sections & it has bracket feet. There are brass beadings between both top & bottom doors. The insides show the panelled backs which are also polished. It comes apart into two sections for easy transportation.
