This is an antique double pier cabinet. An English, tiger mahogany glazed display cupboard, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.

Graced with delightful inlaid detail and rich colour
Displays a desirable aged patina and in very good order

Exquisite colour throughout, with warm caramel hues

Boxwood marquetry accentuates the fascia and door frames
Distinctive bookmatched shield-shaped mounts adorn the upper and lower frame

Door dressed with an inset, brass-lined lock — key present
Opening to reveal the original velvet lined interior, the shelf edge finished with exposed stocks
Standing upon a quartet of block feet with sash lower apron
