A lovely antique Edwardian inlaid mahogany piano stool. This was made in England, it dates from around 1900-1910.

It is of fine quality and is a lovely size, the upholstered seat lifts up to reveal storage space inside. There are raised sides with beautifully pierced lattice work designs. It stands on tapered legs terminating in spade feet, there is inlaid satin wood banding on the edges. It is finished identically back and front, so is designed to be used as a free standing item.

We have had the mahogany re-polished, the seat has been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent throughout, with just some extremely minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
