The mirror rotates smoothly and the lens-shaft , moves up and down and can be taken out easily.
The measurements are of the lowest lens point and the highest practical lens point.
As far as physical appearance,
It appears to have been kept in its case hence the very good condition.
Height in box 6ins but extends to 7.5ins out of box.
Original box in nice condition.
