Antique French carved gilt wood armchair in very much original condition & dating to around the 1860-80’s period or possibly even older. The frame is sturdy & the gilding original with natural ageing. Personally, I think it’s ready to re-upholster. We normally would cover it in a cream cotton fabric, but I thought someone might want to put their own fabric on. If it doesn’t sell soon, we may even do that.
