This a large antique glass cloche, it’s been cleaned but the glass is still a milky green, just its age.it has a cut top ,it would have been blown and cut from the rod I have had a great many in this style and have another of the same style. The circular top is not uniform and the glass is full of bubbles, this is a good old cloch full of age.
