Good decorative, but quite large French dressing table / console table...circa 1900

Originally, this would have had a top mirror held on a frame, but this is no longer so it is nopw just a base as you see it here.

Great carvings and fluted legs, large central drawer
The whole piece is painted in a Farrow & Ball French grey, but can be repainted in any colour you like
