Antique Georgian Oak & Mahogany Chest of Drawers
Antique Georgian Oak Chest of Drawers and dating from around George 111 C1780. Constructed from quality Oak it has a moulded edge to the top with a mahogany crossbanded frieze under. Below are two small drawers over three long graduating drawers all of which are pine lined with brass handles and ivoreen lock escutcheons and have a mahogany crossbanded edge. It is moulded to the base and stands on bracket feet.
Measures 44" high x 21" deep x 46" wide
In good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
