Antique Georgian Regency Mahogany Bookcase
Lovely Antique Georgian Regency Mahogany Bookcase on Stand and dating from around 1800. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with deep cross banded frieze and inlaid fruitwood banding to the edge above two astragal glazed doors with working key and with three adjustable shelves. The base is moulded to the top above a deep shaped frieze and stands on cabriole legs on a pad foot.
The top separates from the base for ease of transporting.
In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany and oozes all the charm and character of the Period.
