A VERY NICE KURDISH SALT BAG WITH FLAT WEAVE BROCADED DETAILS AND A NICE PILED SECTION TO THE BOTTOM.

THE REVERSE IS JUST AS HANDSOME WITH CHEQUERED FLAT WEAVE.THE WHOLE BAG HAS A CHUNKY USED FEEL TO IT.

AND A NICE TOUCH INSIDE IS THE ORIGINAL COTTON LINING FOR THE SALT.

I DOUBT IF IT WAS EVER INTENDED TO BE EXPORTED BUT USED AS A TRIBAL ITEM.
