Antique Large Georgian Oak Coffer c1780
Antique Large Georgian Oak Coffer and dating from around 1780. Constructed from quality oak it has a plank top with a moulded edge and internally is a candle box. To the front are four panels set within a carved frame and original iron lock plate with brass escutcheon. It stands on stile feet and has paneled sides and is peg joined throughout.
Measures 31" high x 25" deep x 58" wide
In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
