A lovely antique bookcase cabinet. We date this cabinet to the very early 20th century.

The bookcase sits on three queen anne legs with pad feet to the front and three downward tapered square section legs to the rear.

The bookcase has four internal sections each with a sliding glazed door, the doors are fitted with brass recessed handles.

Internally there are four fixed wooden shelves to each section.

The bookcase has an overall height of 52.5" (133cm), a width of 76" (193cm) and a depth of 13.5" (34cm).

The internal shelf depth is 9.5” (24cm).

This lovely bookcase remains in a good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage, these include a few very minor indentations and scratches to the top surface and some of the edges. There are a few indentations to the front legs.

This remains a very stylish bookcase cabinet. It could house a nice collection of books etc. and will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
