Antique mahogany revolving bookcase with a tooled leather top, dating from around the 1930's period. This is a very practicable item of antique furniture, as it holds quite a lot of books, which you can rotate around & it has a flat top. The top has a circular tooled leather & around that is ebony inlay, with cross banding outside of that. There are two levels of four compartments for books with vertical supports. It sits on a quadruple base with brass capped casters. This bookcase is in good original condition & has plenty of character too.
