Antique Louis XVI chair in fine woods. Italy 18 C.
Description: Antique chair in polychrome woods belonging to the second half of the 18th century.
The front view is characterized by a square backrest with a rosette in the center with raceme inlay.
The seat is made of Vienna straw and is supported by a band entirely inlaid with floral motifs.
The feet have the classic truncated pyramid shape embellished with a dense floral inlay.
Ps: Possibility of combining the nearby writing desk as shown in the photo.
General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with the traditional shellac and alcohol handmade method.
Origin: Lombardy 18th century.
Writing desk dimensions: 100x70 H80cm.
Chair dimensions: 42x41 H93cm.
Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
