An attractive Mahogany Chippendale style display cabinet with an unusual feature that the astragal glazed side panels are removable to allow access to the back of the shelves without removing items from the front (see photos). The moulded and dentil cornice above a teardrop carved frieze. The double doors having typical 13 pane astragal glazing bars and open via working lock & key, the interior having 4 adjustable mahogany shelves and the cabinet stands on a plinth supported by short cabriole legs with pad feet. Condition- Very good, the lining to the back & floor is paper and would look better relined. Dimensions:- Height…78’’/ 198cm. Width…44.5’’/ 112.5cm. Depth…15.5’’/ 39.5cm.
