Antique Oil Painting. Character Portrait, on Tin
This is a charming and very well painted Victorian character portrait in oils, on tin.
It is an amusing depiction of a Country Gent on his doorstep with his dog.
He has a puzzled look on his face as he ponders a letter in his hand.
Probably German or Austrian. 19th C
