Unusual 5` panelled painted bed (a11444)

Very decorative and good quality late C19th French panelled and carved antique bed, louis xvi style and finished with lovely garland carving to the footboard.
The bed is well carved throughout and is of a good proportion, it stands well and is a very sturdy / solid frame too
Simple plain panle to the headboard and the footboard being split into three panels, the bed also has its original carved side rails.

We supply the bed with the supporting box base, ready to hold your standard 5` x 6`6`` kingsize mattress
