Antique Period Oak Chest of Drawers c1780
Antique Period Country Oak Chest of Drawers in the Jacobean Style and dating from around the time of George 111 c1780. Constructed from solid oak it has a moulded edge to the top above two short drawers over three long drawers all of which have moulded fronts and are oak and pine lined and with hand wrought iron drop handles and key escutcheons. It has a moulded base and stands on bun feet.
Measures 40" high x 38" wide x 20" deep
In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
