Excellent Regency Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with dentil moulding above a deep frieze and above two full length doors both of which have two moulded panels and brass handles. The base has a moulded edge with two deep drawers below both of which have a cross banded edge to the fronts and with original brass handles, the drawers are lined with mahogany.Internally there is a central divide and at each side is a brass hanging rail and hooks. It stands on bracket feet. The wardrobe separates for ease of transporting and measures

A Superb Regency Wardrobe of excellent craftsmanship and and with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the mahogany and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
