Antique Regency Mahogany Double Wardrobe c1820
Antique Regency Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating from around c1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with a deep cross banded frieze with two moulded panelled doors below with a satinwood cross banded and strung edge. Internally is a brass hanging rail. The base having four short drawers all of which are oak lined and with original brass handles and a satinwood cross banded edge to the fronts. It stands on a deep plinth base.
measures76" high x 22" deep x 19" internal depth x 45.5" wide
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
